How to remove a bank card from your Temu account?

Temu, like most marketplaces, offers to save your payment information to speed up your purchases. But for security reasons, in case of a bank change or simply to keep control of your data, you may decide to delete a saved bank card. Here are all the steps to remove a card both on the mobile application and on the official Temu website.

Remove a bank card via the temu application

Most users go through the mobile application. Here is the complete procedure:

1. access your personal space

• Open the Temu app on your smartphone (iOS or Android).
• Log in with your account (email or phone number and password).
• At the bottom right of the screen, tap the “Me” tab to display your profile.

2. open the payment settings

• Scroll down the page and select “Settings”.
• In the menu that appears, choose “Payment Methods”.
• You will then see the list of all the cards and payment methods you have added (Visa card, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

3. identify and select the card to remove

• Each card is displayed with its type and the last 4 digits.
• Tap the card you want to delete to open the available options.

4. permanently delete the card

• Look for the option “Delete”, “Remove” or “Unlink”.
• Tap it.
• A confirmation window opens to verify that you really want to delete this payment method.
• Confirm: the card then disappears from your account.

If you use Temu from a computer, the process is a bit different:

• Go to the official Temu website from your browser.

• Click on your profile picture (or account icon) at the top right.
• Select “My Account”.
• In the left sidebar, click on “Payment Methods”.

What to do if deletion is impossible?
